What our therapists do
Our therapists treat adults in two virtual programs: an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and a weekly outpatient program.
Care includes individual, group, and family therapy, with psychiatric evaluation and medication management from our psychiatric providers when it is clinically appropriate.
Clinicians use evidence-based methods, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ERP, in sessions held over secure telehealth.
