Two flexible virtual programs — from intensive, structured support to ongoing outpatient therapy. Our clinical team will match you to the right level based on your symptoms, goals, and schedule.

Texas Mental Health Services offers Virtual IOP (3–5 days/week) and Virtual Outpatient (1–2 sessions/week) for adults across Texas via secure telehealth — Joint Commission accredited, most major insurance accepted. We do not offer PHP.

Most Structured

Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our virtual IOP delivers the structure of residential treatment without requiring you to leave home. With multiple sessions per week combining group therapy, individual counseling, and psychiatric support, it's designed for those who need intensive care but want to remain in their daily environment.

Our virtual outpatient program provides consistent, evidence-based mental health support through secure telehealth — without the rigid schedule of IOP. It's an ideal entry point for those beginning treatment or a step-down option as you build stability and confidence in your wellness.

IOP meets multiple days per week with group and individual therapy. Outpatient is typically weekly or bi-weekly individual therapy (and psychiatry when needed). Our clinical team recommends the lowest effective intensity.
